Booking

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
• Booking confirmation is subject to driver and vehicle availability.
• Ahmedabad Cab reserves the right to reject any booking without prior notice if necessary.

Pricing

• Prices displayed on the website are estimates unless specifically confirmed.
• Final fare may vary depending on route changes, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, waiting charges, or customer-requested modifications.

Payments

• Online payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
• Booking confirmation is provided after successful payment or advance payment, wherever applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain proper behaviour with drivers.
• Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal goods.
• Pay any additional applicable charges.

Driver & Vehicle

• Ahmedabad Cab makes every effort to provide the requested vehicle category.
• An equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be provided if required.

Cancellation

• Cancellation charges are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Ahmedabad Cab shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• Vehicle breakdowns beyond reasonable control

Governing Law
